So I'm not a champ like Samantha but I'm pretty satisfied with that
No way, don't say it like that! That's AWESOME girl!! I wish you knew HOW MANY weeks I've lost 1/2 a lb... and even that makes me happy. ANY loss is a step in the right direction, and 2.5 lbs is AMAZING! That's more than I usually lose in a MONTH. LOL

Nice job getting that inch off!! Keep up the great work!
"Technically" I agree with you. BUT just in my own experience, I find that when any given muscle group of mine has been worked consistently for a period of time, those muscles "tighten up" and give a leaner, more toned appearance. In the case of the core, it works sort-of like a girdle.... When those muscles are tight and pulled in, the waist becomes smaller. Don't get me wrong, I agree 100% that the fat has to be burned with cardio. But I just also believe working the muscles can pull it all in some.

When should i measure my waist? Because I have noticed that if I measure in the morning when I weigh in. There is a 2 inch different than at night when I do my meausrements (only in my waist though). I am think it is so much smaller in the morning because I have no food or water in my stomache. Don't know if I should change it or not though.

I always measure in the mornings. I guess that, like weighing, the food and water in your belly when you measure makes a difference. I think you'd get the best, most accurate results by doing it in the mornings.

Yeah, that's fine. I actually considered doing that myself, too.
