Thanks Kylie! (for not letting the thread get buried) I only had a 1/2 lb gain, so it wasn't as bad as I thought. Definitely got me a little further from my goal though.

But I'm definitely focused on my workouts this week and I've got a plan in place for my meals, so hopefully I'm on the right track now.
I'm eating lots of fruit and veggies, drinking tons of water, and focusing on just eating right for this one week. (Seems more do-able when I think of it in 7-day increments!)
And Kylie, OMG, I know how hard it is to put down chocolate-covered-anything. I'm addicted to chocolate covered raisins!

I can't even buy a bag and bring them home, because I *know* I'll eat the whole thing in one day.
