Default Get your First Lady Arms!!! Tone up with Push-ups & Let's Run Challenge: JUNE EDITION

Sorry I'm setting this up late my ladies!! Here it is! Ready to tone up those arms for summa' time? Let's do it again!!!

THIS FORUM IS OPEN TO ALL INTERESTED IN DOING PUSH-UPS IN ALL FORMATS! The more you do them the stronger you become. I guarantee it!

Set your goals and meet them!

PUSH-UPS!! AIM FOR the regular push-ups!! You can do it.

June Goals:
RUN GOALS:
-Exercise time off ends on Friday June 6th
-2 5K's outside per week
-At least one 10K outside once a week
-Cross train with weights, yoga, pilates, kickboxing and step

Push-ups goal!
-To get back to 400 regular push-ups at least twice this month
-Back to my push-ups at least once if not twice this each week

I have to admit - no exercise is KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously I am itchin' to get back into it!!!!

Can someone scratch the itch please??????

Another morning I got my butt out of bed, ate half a protein bar, had some water and 30 minutes later I was off and walking
Tomorrow morning another C25K I am really starting to like that morning routine
Once I have my morning routine down I really have to work on my push ups. I always plan them but for some reason I can't stay committed to it

Good morning, everyone. Can I join in this challenge?

My goals:
Train for my 5K run in October by:
-putting at least 3 runs a week: an easy run (30-40 min), hill run (I found a gorgeous provincial park for it!) and a long run (~1 hr). 4th easy run will be great!

-X-train

-do a push-up - crunch 'downward' super-set (starting at 20 each first rep, then 18 and so on) at least 5 times a week. I'll chat with Tina tomorrow to get the exact set from her, I love it in her core sessions.
