I love running....wish I could run like the rest of the girls

If your arms are still sore you might want to take it a little easier. Depending how bad it is. If it's just a little it might just go away when you work the muscles again. If it's really sore you might want to weigh one extra day. Muscles need to recover before you work them again

Also always stretch
after your workout...something I so need to work on myself
