That one was actually absolutely wonderful! We went to a small provincial park - an underutilized breattaking paved path in the Foothills of the Kananaskis Country with stunning views of the mountains, and while my hubby pushed the baby stroller down it, I went for my run. We only saw 2 cyclists there, apart from us on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. It's amazing how people go camping and totally miss those day use places! And, on my way back, a stag and a doe crossed the pass right in front of me, plus we went on an unpaved trail for the baby to run around. I will be doing it every weekend weather permitting! The hills are perfect too - all sorts.

I need to catch up on the push-ups though!

Wow, that does sound wonderful. Well, then let's hope you have nothing but beautiful weather on the weekends

I joined this challenge on the last page of the other forum...lol
I do my push-ups on the ball. I think I was doing them incorrectly before, I googled push-ups on ball and bookmarked a ton of demonstrations. Before I kept the ball at my chest, which is probably easier. Now I am trying to do them better and try to keep the ball under my hips. It is harder, I feel like Humpty Dumpty because I keep falling down!
Goal-4 sets of 25 push-ups at least 3-4 days a week. (Ball Under Hips) I figure I can continue to try to do more reps as I become better at balance and at push-ups.
