Hello. I have been doing my arm exercises and even wrestling with my 16 year old son. He likes to arm wrestle. It's pretty funny because sometimes I beat him! He's a big guy too.
I have walked for 2 days in a row now. I am trying to get back to my routine where I walk 6 days a week or more. Since I have not been walking like I was I have noticed I have gained back a little weight...I weighed 215 again today. No!!!!!!!!!! But that's what happens when I get off track. So, July's tomorrow and that means a new month, new goals, and harder work!
