Just come on in. You don't need to work out every day to join Just try to fit in as much as you can and give it your best, that's all you need to do And don't quit coming here if you have or had a bad week, we love ya anyway

1. STAY STRONG - AND DON'T GIVE UP!
2. DRINK ENOUGH WATER!
3. TAKE VITAMINS DAILY!
4. WORK OUT IN THE MORNING - EVERY MORNING!
5. CONTINUE THE COUCH TO 5K PROGRAM!
6. NO FOOD AFTER 9 PM!
7. MAKE TIME FOR MY BUDDIES!

Good morning, everyone! And, yes, I want to stay commited to be fit in June!

My goals:

1) Do not injure myself!!!
2) Establish a 3 to 4 times a week running pattern, increase the distance on 1 run a week, do hills at least every other week
3) Try to start getting up earlier again to be able to add an extra weight session or two
4) Buy sexy lingerie for the cruise!!!

Excersise Log: black - done, blue - planned

June 1st: M: Run A: Toning Session E: Stretch

Hi Everyone, I feel excited to tackle another month with this lovely group. I've lost another 5 lbs and am happy with my progress. I'm so ready to reach my goal and wear my shiny Christmas pants this year!

Goals
1. Work out 5 days a week
2. Stick to the diet plan
3. Lose 8lbs.

June
1. 100 squats. 60 push ups. 30m walk

Hi there,
I hope I can be part of this group as well.
here is my plan for June
1. Cardio 90 minutes a day 6 days a week and if and only if I feel like it 7
2. find a better strength training DVD and use it 3 to 4 times a week. The one I am currently using not very challenging
3. Get to 2 mile run (3.2 miles by end of July)
4. work out morning and night either 13 mile bike ride or 6 mile walk/run
5. Journal my food and excercise
6. stay positive
7 drink as much water as I can ( trying for 64 but well I hate water so will be happy with 50)
8. Stay between 1200 and 1500 calories

Sabrina hon and ladies!!! I'm here! Whew, have to wipe the sweat off my brow! LOL

Hey, as you know I'm taking a one week hiatus from exercise. I'm back on this Friday. Watch out - I'm getting ready for my marathons!!

June Goals:

RUN GOALS:
-Exercise time off ends on Friday June 6th
-2 5K's outside per week
-At least one 10K outside once a week
-Cross train with weights, yoga, pilates, kickboxing and step

Push-ups goal!
-To get back to 400 regular push-ups at least twice this month
-Back to my push-ups at least once if not twice this week


1. MON. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 4TH DAY
2. TUES. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 5TH DAY
3. THURS. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 6TH DAY
4. OFF DAY
5. 5K run outside morning, 250 regular push-ups

I am still here Sabrina hahaha. I haven't been able to check in everyday but i am still here and a part of the challenge. Please keep me in cuz every month I have to keep reinstating myself back in. I am in this for life and I will let you know if i am not going to be in this challenge unless i die and can't get online to tell you.
