I was diagnosed agoraphobic back in 1987. Even back when I was in my early 20's I have had this fear that i was going to die. With having diabetes now it's really easy to panic if I let myself. Every weird feeling, twinge, or pain I tend to start getting overwhelmed and thinking something bad is happening. It's starting to really impede in my life! I am going to talk to my dr because last year this was happening too and the dr lowered my thyroid meds and maybe that's what it is. The dose I am on makes me so hyper and then I feel anxious all the time. I see him soon so I will get to the bottom of this. It's scaring me so much! It's just getting to be a constant thing that is bothering me and I am becoming housebound.

Thanks for the suggestions Kelly! I have to check with my dr on what he recommends as with all the meds I am on. I am on a low carb diet too and I generally feel pretty good but I have strayed a bit due to affordability. Today I ate the low carb diet and I feel great, so maybe it's carb related or just all in my head. It sure is scary tho!

ROD AND I HAD A BLAST AT THE LAKERS' PARADE! We were in the stadium with a restroom at my beck and call LOL!!

We had soooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhhh funnnnn!!!!!! We got up early, geared up and went to the Laker’s Parade. We managed to pay $20 to park at USC and got into the Coliseum with a great seat!! WHOO HOOOO!!!

Few things, NEVER TRY TO BREAK IN A NEW PAIR OF SHOES NO MATTER HOW MUCH IT MATCHES THE OUTFIT!!! The New Balance shoes gave me a big blister because I bought them last night. I limped for about 3 miles. I wish I wore my old pair but Rod wouldn’t let me of course.

All in all just 8 miles or so of walking.

Great thing is I took two days off exercise. I can hit it hard core now and do that long run this Saturday.

Wow Stacey! I don't think you are alone though with that disorder. I'm just happy you were officially diagnosed with it. I'm glad you seek help for it.

Leida - Thanks! I plan on vegging out all day I've changed my diet mid-month and I have a ton of more energy so the workouts have been a great way to burn some of it off. I only hope I don't break down and do some cleaning . blech.

Sabrina - Have a good break lady! Thanks for the support, I know I wouldn't have made it to month 3 without you.
You are welcome!

Hi Kerstin - This is a burpee:
How to do the Burpee Calisthenics Exercise: Calisthenics Exercises: Build Your Own Workout Program | eHow.com

Tabata . . hrmm . . is:
"For those not familiar with the Tabata protocol, here it is:
1) warm up
2) 20 seconds work
3) 10 seconds rest
4) repeat 7 more times"

So if I have a decide to do burpees, squats and sit ups then I do as many burpees as i can in 20s then rest 10s then do as many squats in 20s rest followed by sit ups and repeat 7 times.

Good job on getting back into it!

Wow, Stacey. I hope that you find some relief soon.

Also, I did notice a huge change for me when I started taking Cod Liver oil. I noticed that the first winter I went through after starting it, was the first I didn't have seasonal depression (It gets bloody dark up here in Oregon during the winter, especially when compared to Arizona).
