Hey, as you know I'm taking a one week hiatus from exercise. I'm back on this Friday. Watch out - I'm getting ready for my marathons!!

June Goals:

RUN GOALS:
-Exercise time off ends on Friday June 6th
-2 5K's outside per week
-At least one 10K outside once a week
-Cross train with weights, yoga, pilates, kickboxing and step

Push-ups goal!

-Back to my push-ups at least once if not twice this month


1. MON. EXERCISE OFF DAY - 4TH DAY

4. 5K run outside, 250 regular push-ups and 1 hr. kickboxing

I HAVE to be in this challenge!!! it's been one of the motivating factors and accountability factors in my life! I know if i don't log into my challenges and check in that i am letting myself down.

I hope i didn't sound mean in my message earlier. I just feel like I have been in this challenge so long it's obvious i am gonna be in it, but i know how people come and go here too. But, not me. I am going to be here and drive everyone crazy hahaha.

Great job on your workouts Sabrina!!! you are doing great!!! Thanks for the new forum for us; very prompt and all. i don't know how to do all the graphics and things so i appreciate all of your skills. I should learn how to do some of this stuff too because it would make me feel more competent and less in the dark ages.

Oh, yes, my husband is very much looking forward to the sexy lingerie We browsed a few sites together, researching his taste (hey, I don't want to buy something he doesn't like), but I told him, he's not seeing what I've got till the cruise!

I am sooo excited: I did my firs 1 hour run yesterday. Yep, that's 1 hour running!!! I've also tried out the No More Troubled Spots finally. Loved it, though I feel the Shred is more comprehensive. But I found her personality is far, far better on the TS and Methabolism.

Excersise Log: black - done, blue - planned

June 1st: M: Run (1 hr!) Stretch (25 min) A: No More Troubled Spots with Jillian
June 2nd: M: Walk (20 min) L: HiLo Aerobics Class A: Walk

Wow, an hour of running!!!! That is amazing!!! I just barely crossed over into the running in minutes rather than seconds. You runners amaze me!!!! I think just adding running into my walking routine each day helped me get more weight off but i am still a bit heavy to really run too much. I am amazed at those of you who can run for over a minute straight!!!!
