I did do my squats yesterday and will probably do my next challenge when my son goes down for his nap later on. That is probably all that I will accomplish though because I woke up this morning and my throat is on fire. Thank God I don't have to work tonight.

Get well! Every little bit helps, but don't forget to stretch your shoulders a little before you do it. Shoulders are not the strongest point for us, womanfolk, easy to injure.
