DAILY CHALLENGE #3: 15 Shoulder Press'
You can perform this move while standing up or sitting on a chair. To begin, grasp two dumbbells (I have used canned food items before if you don't have any weights) with an overhand grip and hold them at shoulder level, palms facing forward. Press both weights upward. Then lower the weights to the starting position.

So I have had a trying past couple of days. I did do my squats yesterday and will probably do my next challenge when my son goes down for his nap later on. That is probably all that I will accomplish though because I woke up this morning and my throat is on fire. Thank God I don't have to work tonight.

Sounds good, I will throw them in in the evening, as I have the Boot camp during the lunch break. Will try with 8 lbs.

Get well! Every little bit helps, but don't forget to stretch your shoulders a little before you do it. Shoulders are not the strongest point for us, womanfolk, easy to injure.

Heya, done the presses, just put them in while we were waiting for the instructor for our lunch Boot Camp Class. 8 lbs weights with leg extensions, 8 on each side

Today was weights in arms so I am good here, I am going to also do the squats.

ok today is the day to start, i've done my 15 push ups on my knees for now my arms are weak, but thinks for getting me started on something.
