Good morning everyone! I have been having a depressing weekend and i have not been on much. I skipped walking for Saturday. I feel better now. It's just been a hard time in my life and hopefully I will be happier today. i expect these feelings to come and go for awhile until everything settles down.

I have been doing my arm exercises tho everyday, faithfully.

May 4th: L: Step Class; A: Kathy Smith Lift Weights to Lose Weight (40 min) E: Walk in the park w family (easy walk)
May 5th: M: Get Ripped 1000 (1 hr) L: Walk (1 hr)
May 6th: M: Beginner Balance Ball; L: Boot Camp; A: walk (20 min); E: walk (50 min) + Stretch (20 min)
May 7th: M: Beginner Pilates (25 min) L: Strength Class (50 min) A: Run 35 min E: Stretch
May 8th: M: Power Yoga (1 hr) A: Walking (1hr)
May 9th: M: Gardening (1.5 hr)
May 10th: M: Run (35 min) + Walk (30 min); A: Walk (1.5 hr)
