Are we ready to do it again! Today is the day to start with your push-ups and Run! Jump in and post if you are interested. This is open to everyone!

I am ready to hurt Rod. He is getting on my last nerves. It took me forever to get on this computer to set up the forums. I don't understand men sometimes! I have to sleep before midnight so I can go to the gym at 6am. He's this close to becoming a cold case file.

My May 1st goal is:

405 regular push-ups
Maybe a 2 mile run

This weeks goal:
4 mile run non-stop 1 time
405 to 410 push-up twice

MONTH END GOAL:
8:50 per minute run for two miles
10 mile consecutive walk at least twice
405 push-ups per session with more done on the BOSU

What are your goals? Daily, weekly, this month?

Let Jillian kick my butt
Couch to 5K (2.3)

My Goal For This Week:

2 days workout in the morning

My Goal For May

Continue the couch to 5K
Being able to do at least 5 of the Plyo push ups in row

Did the couch to 5k yesterday Today is the last workout for week 2 and on Monday I can start week 3 of the program I would love to jump ahead a week or two but they say that you shouldn't do that even if you think you can. Assuming they know what they are talking about I will listen and finish week after week
