Good Morning Everybody

It's Monday again Jillian planned some plyo push ups for me today I will try to get at least 1 or 2 in but I probably have to go with regular push ups instead. One day I will be able to do them though

Good morning!

WOW what a weekend! I drank so much yesterday - I even blogged drunk which was not too smart. 32 is not a bad age. I feel better then I have all my life. How about that huh?

Well, yesterday I did more push-ups on the BOSU but did not get my full 400 in because well, because of the birthday part. I did over an hour of interval training.

This morning I got in a 2.10 mile walk. I also have Step and Kickboxing tonight! YAH!

How are you guys doing?

lmao whyyyyyy did I leave you a comment when I was drunk myself Nancy. Aaahhhh I'm feeling it today. I was hungover this morning. Drinking that bottle was not a smart idea!!!

anyways, I did my 100 regular push-ups yesterday. THEY WERE HARD! but I kept thinking about how I gave u my word Nancy and I did them

Well did my Couch to 5K yesterday. Started off week 3 on the program.
No running tonight nor Wednesday. Wednesday is my restday The next part I will do on Thursday and then the last on Saturday which is my cardio day
Didn't do the push ups yesterday I got the new DVD's from Jillian and I just had to try the Fat Boost DVD There were planks in it but no push ups. Tonight I am planning on doing the No trouble Zone... hope I will have some push ups in there
