PER Sparkspeople, I exercised too much already for the week. So I opted to get only 3 miles of walking done throughout the day. If I did kickboxing it would be too much.

Those push-ups on the BOSU are no joke! All that balancing .. yea it's challenging, but so good!
Yea SP told me that I've exercise too much this week already, but I'm like yeahhhhh right lol.
