Weekly goal:
Get the 100 push-ups done for Nancy
Start running again - work up to a 5K

Monthly goal:
Progress on my push-ups 2x a week
Run 4 miles w/ no stopping

What a day today guys! I was sooooo busy at work I couldn't sign on like I want.

Got up at 6am after eating at 4am, to do 1 hr of interval training using the BOSU - that baby kicked me in the arse! OH MY I was able to only do 100 regular push-ups on it. Because I was constantly moving and using the BOSU my muscles fatigued much faster. That's why I'm not surprised I can only do 100.

PER Sparkspeople, I exercised too much already for the week. So I opted to get only 3 miles of walking done throughout the day. If I did kickboxing it would be too much.

I have everything planned for tomorrow. It's up at 6am to eat 2 cups of strawberries and oatmeal. Then it's an attempt at 4 mile run total. My first one with no stops or walk. I won't focus on time, I hope and just get it done. Then yoga to finish off the morning.

Those push-ups on the BOSU are no joke! All that balancing .. yea it's challenging, but so good!

Yea SP told me that I've exercise too much this week already, but I'm like yeahhhhh right lol.
