NO, it's not a drug! It's called EXERCISE! It boosts your metabolism, lowers your blood pressure, cholesterol and resting heart rate. It tones your muscles, improves your stamina, gives you great lung capacity, helps your posture, boosts your immunity, and helps you to be stronger. Studies prove it will prolong your life! This is very healthy for you! Everyone should be doing this but most of us dread getting started doing it.

This is just a reminder to you that the best things in life can be free, and if you really want to lose weight then start exercising. Walking is easy and you can start by doing it at your own pace but strive to do at least 30 mins a day for 5 or more days a week. Not only will you be looking better, you will be feeling incredible and you will become healthier.

Stay away from weightloss drugs and remedies. Natural is the best approach. There are several weight loss and fitness challenges in the forums. Just look them up.
