Thumbs up Belly Off Club

Hi Everyone-

I was on Womenshealthmag.com and found a really great program called the belly off club. It's an 8 week strength program that can get you bikini ready. It's for three days out of the week, Mon, Wed, and Fri. I was hoping that people would want to do the 8 weeks with me. I think it would be a great way to get some muscle and trim down.

Hey it looks interesting... like me look into all the three days of exercise... the only problem is that I have no dumbells... when are you thinking of starting? I am gonna print them off and take a look at them.

Hey just printed them off... looks like it will kick my butt... but that I what I need before summer starts so I look great in the Bikini....Tell me when I am in... i may have to modify a few things with no yoga ball or dumb bells and no Walmart here in spain... I would have to go to a certain sports store which I might not be able to get there for awhile. Anyways... I am up for the challenge!

Oh WOW, I just finished watching the videos and I am sorry to say there is no way! I will have to save this challenged and get involved after I loose some weight, until then I just am not able to do these hard exercises.

Hey! Yah they are really difficult. Like you said Jenny, that's what I need. I already did the first workout last night and it burnt a lot of calories. I don't think it's necessary to start on Mondays, just as long as you put a day in between them. Let me know what you think Jenny, I think it will work and get us in shape.

oh, and I had to modify them too because I don't have anything to step up on to. I know that in the past I've used soup cans because I didn't have the money to get weights. My boyfriends mom gave me some of her old ones.

Hello Mandy,
I came over to put my name down.
I would love to join you next week. As I posted on th 6 wk challenge. I am not going to be here much this week. I am heading out in just a few minutes. I will check this out Mon or Tues. I get back early Mon morning.
After reading Tobey's comment I hope they aren't too difficult for me but I will just modify what I can and do my best.

Hey Mandy,

So I printed off all the workouts and some girls that I work with are gonna do it too! Yay! Here is the deal though... next week we are on vacation and my mom is visiting... so I am thinking of starting monday April 13th. This will give me time to get some hand weights which I asked around for and they told me where I can buy them. I am gonna do it, but just start it like in 12 days. Keep me updated on how it is going... how long does it take to do one day or the workout?

Awesome, it's good to have support! It took me about 25 min. to do the first workout. It looks like I will be doing it on Mon, Thurs, and Sat. I'll let you know how it goes!!
