I did it. I was not as successful as the others (Jenny & Deanna). I did all the exercises BUT I only did one round of each this time instead of the two or three it says to do.
After I finished one round of the warm-up I could tell I had better not do another or I would not get through the exercises. I did each super-set once. So, on the bright side, I did do it and I have LOTS of room for improvement.
It will be interesting to see how I fair at the end of the 8 weeks.

The print out said to go through the warm up twice, and then do all the other sets three times each, so it took me a while to get through, but overall I liked it. It was pretty easy to follow. I used to get SELF each month, and they would have some exercises that were just crazy and I either couldn't figure out how to even do it, or it was physically impossible for me to do it. But I was able to follow the belly off exercises without much problem. Oh, the hardest thing for me was getting through that diamond jump! Ouch!! Great pick, Mandy!! I can't wait to do the Wednesday set
I actually tried the self program too and I have the same problem. It's weird bringing a packet to the gym and then being smushed in next to a ton of people, so I liked that we could do this one at home. I completely agree with you about the diamond jum, I wanted to die!!! but in a good way Glad to know that it's working for you!

Sheryl, you have to start somewhere and I have a feeling that you are going to be kicking some major but by the end of the eight weeks! Keep up the great work!

Hey Girl, I think it is better to start out slow like you did cuz you don;t want any injuries... I took a little bit longer breaks then they said so that I wasn't over doing it. I bet ya by the end of eight weeks you will be doing it with no problem!

Hey Ladies,

So just so I can see my progress I made a ticker... Eight Weeks, Three Workouts a Week = 24 total. Kind of geeky but it makes me want to work out because I can see my progress.

You know, at this point I kinda wish I had only done one, maybe two, rounds of each. Because the backs of my legs are SO sore still! And I'll be doing the Wednesday set tonight. Eek!
