Hey everyone! I did my first belly off session last night. And man, was it tough. I'm not too too sore today though. The sorest place is the back of my thighs. The print out said to go through the warm up twice, and then do all the other sets three times each, so it took me a while to get through, but overall I liked it. It was pretty easy to follow. I used to get SELF each month, and they would have some exercises that were just crazy and I either couldn't figure out how to even do it, or it was physically impossible for me to do it. But I was able to follow the belly off exercises without much problem. Oh, the hardest thing for me was getting through that diamond jump! Ouch!! Great pick, Mandy!!
