No problem! Keep it up! I am still only doing the warm up twice and then the the super sets twice. I rather keep it like this and do it all summer long and turn it into my strength training exercise... it makes it shorter and somehing I can handle doing. Yay here in Spain we are 7 hours ahead of the USA... I am always a head of schedule...jejeje

Thanks... it was when my mom was here to visit me in Spain. My mom just lost like 40lbs over two years so I decided it was my turn to get healthy too. I really like this program of strength training cuz it is sculpting my body. I think I might try and continue to do it for longer than eight weeks cuz I don't just want to drop out doing strength training exercises... Well I have to do one more BOC workout today and then I am finished for the week! I am gonna do it now... but I always love to check my buddyslim in the morning! Have a great weekend!

Got my exercise in late last night. I probably wasn't using good form because I was so tired but I did do it.

I am doing good... but I haven't really kept track of the weeks... I just keep doing it. I know that I need to change friday's workout to weeks 4-5. I think I am gonna do it all summer long cuz I don't do any other stength training. I can definatly feel the changes though in my body. I have to do a workout today cuz yesterday i didn't get it in. Have a great SUnday!

You are doing so great!!!!
I am sorry I wasn't on all week. Last week I only did two days of the BOC exercises.
You gals know that this month has been one heck of a month for me in all areas of my life. So, I need to change things up in all areas.
Since I have had a gain the last two weeks. I am borrowing my sisters 10 minute Trainer by Tony Horton. There is a 10 day quick start or jump start, something like that, that has exercises and an eating plan.
I can do anything for 10 days. The 10 minute trainer has 3 - 10 min work outs a day (actually 15 with warm up & cool down). So, I am going to do this to give myself a boost. I think I was getting too use to the things that I have been doing for the last several months with exercise and eating and not giving it my all because I was getting bored.
I don't want to be a quitter but I do need to do something different at this time. These are great exercises and I do plan on using them from time to time. For instant I am going to CA for my nieces graduation next month I am going to pack the BOC sheets to do these while I am there so I don't have any excuse not to exercise. Once I get myself back on track I think I will use these because the do make a difference.
I will come by to see how you are doing! I am sorry, I feel bad for doing this.
