I am sorry I wasn't on all week. Last week I only did two days of the BOC exercises.
You gals know that this month has been one heck of a month for me in all areas of my life. So, I need to change things up in all areas.
Since I have had a gain the last two weeks. I am borrowing my sisters 10 minute Trainer by Tony Horton. There is a 10 day quick start or jump start, something like that, that has exercises and an eating plan.
I can do anything for 10 days. The 10 minute trainer has 3 - 10 min work outs a day (actually 15 with warm up & cool down). So, I am going to do this to give myself a boost. I think I was getting too use to the things that I have been doing for the last several months with exercise and eating and not giving it my all because I was getting bored.
I don't want to be a quitter but I do need to do something different at this time. These are great exercises and I do plan on using them from time to time. For instant I am going to CA for my nieces graduation next month I am going to pack the BOC sheets to do these while I am there so I don't have any excuse not to exercise. Once I get myself back on track I think I will use these because the do make a difference.
I will come by to see how you are doing! I am sorry, I feel bad for doing this.
