Today was great!! I feel like I am getting back on track . . . I am gonna have to work hard to keep on track, but I am getting there.

this week has started off great, I did have a piece of chocolate cake today, but I'm not worried about it. I walked earlier today and I think I'm still within my calorie budget for the day.

Checking in Thursday April 2

Did loads of exercises yesterday and I am feeling kind of tired this morning.
I am not doing so well with the eating thing but hopefully with the water, push ups, and exercising all will be okay

Sounds like everyone is going beeter this week than last. I am feeling pretty good about the week also. The challenge has really helped to keep me going.

the weather is B-E-A-UTIFUL today-that's enough to make it a great day here!! Not to mention I just got a great workout in at the gym =)

I had a GREAT day with food. An old high school friend came over with her kids for lunch and we had turkey sandwiches, salad, and fruit salad. For dinner we had cabobs on the grill. I am feeling really good about being back on track. I feel a lot more energized as well. All of that bad food was dragging me down.
