Hi guys. Trying to remember all the things I need to get in with the challenge this week AND watch calories. Feeling mentally exhausted and HUNGRY. I went to two weddings this weekend, one was out of state when I got a call informing me that BOTH my twin sisters were in accidents. One was on the phone with her twin when she was hit by a car walking in the crosswalk, she is now in ICU. The other twin was on the phone driving when she heard my sister get hit and being frantic, she hit a car too and got minor injuries. What a weekend. My condolences to Joy as well - I can't imagine losing a family member.

OMG That would have freaked me out, being on the phone with someone while they were seriously injured. I hope your sisters both feel better soon!

Michelle that was not a nice joke !!!! I read it and forgot it was april fools and was thinking oh I hope someone will take over for her!!!! Then I read the rest!! So ha haha ha!!!!! JOkes On uS!!!!

I am not doing to well in this weeks challenge other than the water so I need to step it up the last few days!!! I have to cut off my points on Friday because I dont have internet access over the weekend so I have to really work hard to get those extra points.

I FINALLY feel like I am really 100% (well maybe 90%) back on track. I just got really thrown off the past couple of weeks. I went to the gym today and got in a GREAT workout. I have been drinking tons of water as well. Tonight I am sitting down and making a meal plan for the whole month. Tomorrow is grocery shopping so food should not be a problem at all for a while.
