My very own water boy and soothing candlelite bath for sore muscles

Well ladies - I DID IT! I got home at 5:30pm. Start time was 4:30pm. Got the warm-up, stretch and countless numbers of stoplights in between I made it. So I say for now that will work for me about 12 minute run/jog per mile. One mile at a time right. My goal is to cut that to 11 minutes a mile by the end of March.

Well well, about a mile into my run guess who’s BALD HEAD SHOWS UP? Yep, none other than our favorite Rodney. He is so cute though - he had my 1.5 liter of water in hand and waving at me along with his ice cream cone and yummy Indian food. I shooed him away. I called Anj and Kama so I can laugh with them. Nicole and Tracey - I just got too tired to call you guys - love you though!

It was my own stalker boy! He followed me along the route to make sure I had water and to cheer me on! It was nice. Then came home and for a cool down walk with Rod and stretch.

Oh, OK I love him - he ran a nice hot bath and lit a few candles for me. Ahhhhhhhhhhh

I guess I won’t go to jail after all.

So now it’s off to eat dinner then some weights to finish off my night.

What did I accomplish today? 5 mile run/jog in 1 hr, 340 regular push-ups and a weight session waiting for me.

Food - I hope to stay on course. It’s always my downfall. I don’t want to start going crazy with nighttime eating again.

Cheating on Rodney with Jim….it was better then heaven!!!

I have to say last night was a good nite! I’m waiting for the soreness to come on. Maybe it will maybe it won’t. I finally had a chance to visit some of my other instructors at the closest gym to my office. I got there early enough to do 1/2 hr of abs. My Gosh that boy was hardcore. Having us hold 3 minutes straight planks twice!!! Unlike other classes, this one has more men then women - as the instructor is a personal trainer and their friend it seems like. BUT I LOVE Watching the boys drop like flys on the planks when I kept holding on. *I snickers*. Toward the end I was losing form though but it’s all good.

Melanie taught Lift - she’s also a personal trainer and brought in some of her training to our standard class. Push -up yes! She has the best routine for shoulder that kills kills! I can’t explain the routine just know it was hardcore. Guess what I have to deal with in that class - more planks! hehe But this time it was wide legged planks with 5 lb weights for the back. I managed that pretty well (*pops collar*) . Then it was more push-ups! I love it. I have to say the push-ups I do on my own really helped in class.

I decided I was too tired for kickboxing. I finished my energy bar, went and did more back workouts on the low row and lat pulldown. Then off to the stairmaster for 20 minutes and elliptical for 10 minutes. Then it was time for 1 hr Pilates. Guess what we did in Pilates - more PLANKS! By this time I was laughing to myself. I know my shoulders are screaming my name.

So all in all I got everything I wanted last night. 1/2 hr abs, 1.5 hrs of weights, 1/2 hr cardio and 1 hr Pilates. SEE GYM (JIM) IS GOOD TO ME!! I think Rod was a bit jealous but it’s ok. Sharing is caring.

Plan for Friday - run home again! 5 miles straight just like Tuesday. That’s why I went easy on cardio Thursday night - knew I was planning on an hour Friday.

OK OK Saturday I will take the day off from exercise (yoga maybe) that’s it!

Andy, thank you for the RIP Booty blog. It makes me realize that I sometimes lose focus on what’s important. You made some great points that I will take to heart and of course Rod made some great point too. Yes, being healthy is my goal and I will TRY TRY TO save the rest of the bootay!

OH - HAD TO POST MY HONEY’S ANSWER TO ANDY BECAUSE IT MEANT A LOT!

andy,Whats up this is rod “whew” let me tell you that i,m glad someone feels the same. i,m at loss a great loss, great loss here, its a sad day in booty land”very saadddd” women are a beautiful thing that god created even more when they are naturally beautiful i mean forget the commercials and the skinny girls no offense but society has us thinking that thats what beauty is “you know what beauty is”my nancy booty” and i miss that can i get an “amen” “aaaaammeeeennn”

I did not rest today! Why why why! I can’t seem to get myself to relax and just take it easy.

I got home from my walk, checked it out on line and saw that I did 5.16 mile for the Costco round trip fun walk and more then 1/2 round trip to the Korean store.

I notice though when I came home I was not as hungry at all, well like how I would when I’m done with a run or my 3 hour parlay at the gym.

Honestly I’m tired of a lot of bulsh** in my life. I’m just ready to walk out on everyone and everything. But the best thing to do is keep a level head and address one issue at a time. What more can I do right? What do I say screw everyone and just walk out? Maybe I’ll just do that!!!!!!!

So tonight my brother bought 50 oysters we are bbq at the moment. That along with some steamed taro roots, beef chow fun and steamed tilipia is my dinner.

So today I ate (everything in decent portions):

LATE BREAKFAST 10:20 AM 1/2 BAKED CHICKEN DIPPED IN KETCHUP, TINY SERVING OF PASTA,1/2 SV OF ANIMAL CRACKERS 80 CALS, AND 5 CHEESE PUFFS, WATER

SNACK: SUNFLOWER SEEDS, A FEW MORE CHEESE PUFFS, 1 COSTCO NONFAT YOGURT 270 CALS, 5 DORITOS, samples at Costco

DINNER: small sv of steamed taro root, 1 asian cracker, 2 tiny pc of chinese sausage, 7 bbq oysters, 2 oz steamed tilipia dipped in chile and fish sauce, 1 sv of beef chow fun

Anyhow time to move on to tomorrow and bigger and better things. Kickboxing awaits me in the morning!
