For Tuesday the plan is 300 push-ups, 1/2 hr run, 30 min weights and 1 hr Salsa.

Well I was aiming for 100 push ups but got only 80 in. Actually it's a great number for me so I am happy with that No running yesterday. Came home so late that I didn't had time to do my planned workouts so all I did was some treadmill intervals, sit ups and push ups.
Aiming for 100 push ups and 20 minutes of running today. Hopefully everything goes as planned

Today it is back to the gym. I'm excited to go back. It has been too long. I am giving running a try again today but I'm afraid I won't be able to go as long as I could before. I am also scheduling push ups, an ab workout, and I think some stability ball stuff.
