Default *~*Captain Crunch's Easter Crunch-A-Thon*~*

Well hello there buddies! Some of you already know who I am, lol, Captain Crunch !!! Well it is time for our next crunch-a-thon! As I promised before...this one is going to be MORE challenging! Don't you dare click out of this thread now...I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT! Are you ready??? Here are the details...

You have from Valentine's Day (Feb. 14th) to get 7000 ab crunches completed by the end of Easter Day (approx 8 weeks). For those who may be new to buddy slim and see this challenge later on closer to Easter Day set yourself a goal of 900 crunches each full week until Easter Day. I know you can do it. You can break them up however you like. My suggestion would be to complete 150 6 days a week, resting 1 day each week to let the Ab muscles repair and heal from the workout. You can do whatever you like. Maybe you might want to do 200 a day and rest 2 or 3 days each week. Remember you don't have to do them all in one shot either...you can do 50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon and 50 before bed to break them up if you want. I like doing the Ab crunches because they are a quick and easy workout throughout your day that really do the job. You can get your crunches done while watching tv during the commercials!!! Crunches are the perfect exercise to squeeze into busy schedules.
