Alright crunchers...it is officially the first day of this new challenge. Don't take it off...start strong and get some crunches in...shoot for the 150 6 days a week to stay on track. If you fall behind add some extra each day...if you feel you can do a little more than the 150 each day by all means go ahead and get a head start. I know all of us are capable of completing this challenge. If you haven't set yourself up with something to keep track of these crunches, I recommend you either keep a tablet at home or a ticker from the tickerfactory.com on your profile. This is a lot more crunches and you don't want to forget how many you have completed right?! Right!! Ok buddies, best wishes and crunch away!!! Go Crunchers Go!!!

Actually you know how I am going to keep track? I bought some stickers at the dollar store, each day I do my 150 I will put a sticker on the calendar!
