Well, my daughter has been sick, which de-railed my workout plans a bit this week. I did the Couch to 5K workout today (I'm on week 2), plus I did about 15 min. on the elliptical and some strength training with free weights. The jogging seemed really tough for me today ... probably because I hadn't done it since Sunday AND I worked out after working all day today (my first day back since Friday) ... it makes such a difference!

Hope everyone else is still doing well and plugging away at the couch to 5K!

Btw, does anyone watch "The Biggest Loser"? I can't help but hear Bob & Jillian in my head, pushing me during the running segments of my workout. Plus, I keep thinking about those 400+ pound people jogging and even sprinting on the treadmill on that show. If they can do it, I can do it!

How is everyone else doing with C5K? I didn't make it to the gym today. I went yesterday, but it was an elliptical day for me instead of a running day. I meant to do workout #3 of week 2 today, but I guess I'll have to do that tomorrow instead. Then, I will try to start week 3 on Sunday. I am REALLY nervous about the whole "jog 3 minutes" segment of week 3's workout. We'll see how it goes. I may have to stick to week 2 for another week, or do a combo and work my way up to the week 3 routine.
