Talking I challenge myself to get up off the couch and walk for 30 minutes everyday!

January Challenge: To walk for 30 minutes everyday!! Feel free to join me!!

Day 1:
Day 2:
Day 3: ~ 30 minute walk - start day was my original plan anyways

Day 4: ~ 30 minute walk
Day 5: ~ 36 minute walk
Day 6: ~ 30 minute walk
Day 7: ~ 30 minute walk
Day 8: ~ 32 minute walk

Wahoo, of course you can!! Yippee, I have a "buddy".

I have lower back problems and running only adds to the pain + bad right knee.
