WELCOME TO COMMIT TO GET FIT JANUARY 2009! IT'S A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO OURSELF TIME.... WE WILL REWARD OURSELVES THIS YEAR WITH HEALTH AND A GREAT BODY!

I started this thread for myself and anyone who might find it useful.... it's an accountability thread. Joining here means you will COMMIT to working out 3 OR MORE days a week of exercise. And posting your workouts/activities for you and all to see.
It's an awesome way to look back at what you have or have not done. Keeps things honest.
It doesn't matter if you run, walk, bike, do DVD's, or go to the gym..... just as long as you are consistantly doing something to Get Fit.

I think I have already used up all the excuses my little head can come up with.... it's now really time to Commit to getting fit!!!!

January goals:
1. Drink more water
2. Record my food intake & count calories
3. Post daily and support my buddies
4. Lose 7 lbs.

January workout with my dog Heidi.
1. walked 30 min
2. walked 30 min again
3. off
4. walked 45 min
5. will update later

1. Treadmill - 20 crunches
2. Treadmill - 20 crunches
3. Treadmill - 20 crunches
4. Treadmill - 15 minutes on bike - 15 crunches
5. 2 miles on the bike before 6am....oh do my legs hurt today.

Happy New Year Everyone!

I am so geared up to lose this weight. I still need to work very very hard on my drinking water. Still haven't had any today and it is past noon. This afternoon will only be water.

Goal this month is to loose the extra 2 pounds I gained during the holiday, plus 10 more. I can do it! I am committed!!!!!!!! (Don't leave me guys, I need your support).
Have a great day. Will post my exercise later tonight when I get home.

Hi everyone, I promise I will be better at checking in. December was such a crazy month, but now I ready to get back into a routine and get this weight off!

Goals for January
- exercise 6 days a week.
- drink lots of water everyday.
- sleep at least 8 hours a night.
- stick with the exercise rotation I am following.


January

1: None
2: Weights, (legs), +floorwork = 63 mins.
3: None
4: Stairmaster + weights, (biceps & triceps), + abs = 112 mins.
5: Step workout = 70 mins.

JANUARY GOALS

1. LOSE 15 POUNDS (BRING ME TO A 41 POUND TOTAL = PICTURES!)
2. DRINK 2500-3000ML OF WATER EVERY DAY
3. EXERCISE AT LEAST 5 DAYS EVERY WEEK
4. LIMIT EATING OUT TO 1 TIME A WEEK, EAT RESPONSIBLY.

JANUARY LOG:

5. Deep H20 workout at the pool

*Hey everyone! Well, I haven't exercised yet this month, I keep procrastinating it! But I plan to start exercising again today - so I am going to start things off this week.
