DAILY BASICS!
Goal: getting into a daily habit of covering the basics (water, exercise, and diet), so being healthy just becomes a normal way of life.
Intended for:
A. Positive, motivated people who want to see serious results in 2009.
B. Also a place to quickly check-in , for those who may not have a lot of computer time, but know the benefits of being connected with others during this journey.
No set weigh-in dates, and no points earned. Set your own goals, and keep us updated with your losses whenever you want.
A new thread starts each Monday morning, and will run until Sunday evening. New threads are labeled Daily Basics - Wk 3, Daily Basics - Wk 4, ect., until Daily Basics – wk 52.
To make this easy on yourself, just copy and paste the section below into your post, and then use your edit button (lower right, on bottom of this page) to update your days throughout the week.
Everyone welcome ~~I may not be around until the evening to say hi, but I will be hoping for a healthy week for each of you. If you don’t have a perfect day, just wipe the crumbs off and keep going. And that, to me, is what it’s all about – learning how to hang in there and how to overcome your obstacle(s). If you keep consistently fighting for it, eventually you’ll get to your reward.
