Default Valentine's Day Walking Challenge

Heya all the walkers on BS. How about setting some goals for the Valentine's Day of 2009?

Let's post miles/minutes of walking you want to commit to and make ourselves beautiful, healthy, and fit for the Valentine's Day.

My goal is to walk 4 miles a day or 65 minutes every day. It would amount to 180 miles total by February 14th.

I will post a ticker later.

Come on, Zina, Cathy, Nicole, Annia, and all the other dedicated walkers. Let's get our miles count.

Id like to join in. I need to make sure I set a realistic goal because I wont have as much free time for a while.

I commit to 135 miles by Valentine's Day.

How do I keep my weight loss ticker in my profile and add a mile ticker? Also, how do i post it on the forum?

I'm interested. Are we setting walking goals as a group, or individual goals? Since I got my exercise bike I'd like to use it as well. Possibly 30 minutes or more of walking a day and then my bike or other form of exercise.

Today I walked 5 miles outside.

Cathy, it's individual but should be consistent. I think that you can record biking minutes too.

Nicky, good goals - 18 hours of walking. Do you do treadmill, outside walking, or WATP (Walk away the pounds)?

It would be useful to specify where you walk and how fast to make some intermediate goals, like improving your pace, implementing uphill walking, etc.. Just brainstorming some ideas here.
