Exclamation Fitness Survivor #4 **Updates/Challenges**

This is our Survivor #4 Thread for Important Updates and Challenges. I will post here when people are eliminated or any other important aspects of the game

Please limit the ammount you post in this threads so updates are easy for everyone to access without flipping through pages. If you have questions about any of the updates...feel free to message me

UPDATES

Are you guys ready!!!! Lets make this an AWSOME Survivor #4!!! We now have 25 players which is where I'm going to cap it off. Here's our first weekly challenge for the game which will come into effect tomorrow

Do as MUCH cardio as you can!! This could be anything from exercise tapes to jogging...just as long as you get your heart rate up and BURN THOSE CALORIES!! Who ever does the most minutes by next Saturday morning at 9am EST time wins an immunity card that can be used to save yourself when and if you need it

Again...don't forget to weigh in and submit your measurements in the weigh in thread tomorrow morning. I've posted the proper way to measure etc in the weigh in thread if you're unsure of how to measure

Added Challenge

Here's something a little extra Whoever can bring thier body % of fat down FIRST will also get an immunity card! Here's a link to a website to get an "estimated" body fat% reading. All you need is your waist measurement to do it If you want to participate in this...simply post your Body Fat % tomorrow along with your weight and measurements. Here's the link....

If more then 1 person brings down thier % of body fat the winner will be the one with the highest % lost.

I want to make sure I understand the "Added Challenge". It is the FIRST person to bring their percentage down, any time during the week? So we will have to keep track of our percentage daily until we see a change?

No...the first person during the challenge. Your waist measurements shouldn't change dramatically on a day to day basis...if they do...you're not measuring right So...do your BF % every week with weigh in

Where do we post our times for our workouts, etc? Is this the correct thread?

You can post that stuff in the original Survivor #4 thread hun Make sure you keep track of your minutes exercised and your cardio for the challenge.

Good Monday morning Survivors!! I just want to start off this update with some clarification about this weeks cardio challenge. Keep track of your cardio minutes every day...then message them to me either Friday evening or Saturday morning and I'll determine a winner from there.

The following contestants have been eliminated as of today because they either haven't checked in for 3 days OR I didn't get a starting weight for them by the end of Monday

Homework

This is for next weeks challenge. I need EVERYONE to send me how many modified push ups you can do...and how many man push ups you can do BEFORE Friday. Don't forget to warm up your arms and stretch before you attempt either and leave a gap of time between the modified and man push ups so your arms aren't tired. Below is a link to a demonstration for each one. Be sure you use proper form here! Keep your abs tight, back straight, and don't let your hips sink into the floor. Think about a board strapped to your body from the top of your head to the heels of your feet. Do NOT lower your head to the floor to make it easier No wimping out here ladies!!!!
