This is our 3rd Survivor and ladies that have participated have lost a ton of weight and love the accountability of this challenge. Join in with us for #3 and be a Survivor!
Please read the rules carefully. If you wish to participate...please post your interest in this thread. PLEASE, PLEASE do NOT sign up for this challenge if you are not seriously interested! When people drop out the first day...it makes things hectic for the rest of us

The rules have changes slightly to reflect Christmas
RULES
You will be automatically eliminated if & when…………- You miss a workout (You must workout for at least 3 days a week for 45min or more)
- You do not weigh in by Monday morning
- You do not check in for 3 days with no notice (if you’re going to be away….you won’t be eliminated if you let your Team Leader know)
You will be Up for elimination if…………
- You have the lowest % of weight loss for the week and your team doesn’t save you the next week by having a higher % of weight loss then the opposing team.
You can earn extra points by…………
- Checking in with your Team every day = +5 pts
- Drinking MORE then 8 glasses of water = +5 pts
- Meeting your weekly Personal Goal = +10
- Weighing in on Saturday morning = +5
- Every 20 minutes worth of exercise you do = +5 (must be in blocks of 20 minutes)
- Turning down Christmas temptation = +20
You will Lose points by…………
- Not getting 8 glasses of water daily = -5 pts
- Not achieving a personal weekly goal = -20 pts
- Not checking in at least every other day = -5pts
- Giving in to Christmas temptation = -10 (With the exception of Christmas Eve/Day)
The person left standing OR the person with the most points at the end of the game
