Alright we start tomorrow. So I figure I will jump start and put my goals down now for the next week.

1. Drink minimum of 64 oz of water a day
2. Cardio 60 min each session (5 times) this next week
3. Lift weights 3 times this next week
4. Log my fitday.com site everyday my food and exercise

That is the list that I am focusing on this week. Lets go team 1

Oh My Goodnes Karen! You only need to pick one of those goals for your weekly personal challenge I don't suggest doing too much at once...you'll find your goals easier to achieve if you take it one step at a time hun

I will get a head start too. First why I am here, I have for 17 months been doing a weightloss study at the UofM which was to be for 2 years, as of Wednesday morning they have decided to cancel the study for fiancial reasons. So I have been very accountable for a long time and am afrid I can not do it alone.... so that being said here we go. I will journal my food at least 3x a week and I will wear my pedometer every day and get in my 10,000 steps every day (these are things I have been doing for 17 months but do not want to stop and get into my old ways) so a goal for me is to continue doing it without the study!

Thanks Michelle for your concern, but I am already doing that much cardio, weight lifting and drinking of water. I only added one thing. I put it all in writing so that I would hold myself accountable for getting it done this week.

I have lost 59 lbs in 4 months now, so I am taking things one step at a time...
=0) Thank you for being concerned.

I am looking forward to starting the challenge. Go team 1

Alright... I'll jump on the band wagon and join in on posting my goals. My goal for next week is to keep track of everything I eat and log it. I used thesmartcalorie.com and I love it, I just get too lazy to post it (which then helps me eat more calories since I'm not paying attention ) I really need to get back on track and this will hold me more accountable!

I will get on the bandwagon too today...since Saturday's always seem to get so busy.

My goal this week that I'm going to focus on is getting on my elliptical at least 5 days next week in the morning before the kids get up.

As most of you know...My hubby works in Alberta and only comes home every 2 weeks for 5 days. These 5 days are HARD for me! Being a Personal Trainer...I still get my exercise in...that's never really been my bad. My goal is to keep my eating in check while he's home Doesn't sound like much I know but...it's going to be a challenge for me this week!

My goal for this week is to do as much as I can with the fitness twist this week, and also to start working on strengthening my muscles! (I think for now I'll use Wii Fit for this )
