TIP

If you'r going out for dinner...wear a pair of pants that are a little tight This will make you feel like your fuller and less likely to eat a ton. The more you'd eat...the tighter they'd get

TIP

If you've had an off week, 2 days before a weigh in, limit your salt intake so you're not bloated with water before the weigh in. Eat all fresh foods! No prepackaged stuff, no salt on your foods etc etc.

I got 9 servings of water today, and I worked out for 65 minutes.

Wednesday

6:45 AM - 2 miles of walking equaling 40 minutes of exercise
11:20 AM - 15 pushups - 2 mins
2:00 PM - moved 300 lb couch outside by myself - 15 minutes
3:30 PM - 15 pushups - 2 min
6:15 PM - 2 mile walk = 40 minutes of exercise
8:30 PM - 15 Pushups - 2 min

45 pushups (personal weekly goal)
101 minutes of exercise
Got little over 70 oz water today
