CAN YOU SURVIVE!?

Hi everyone! For those of you that don't know me....I'm a certified personal trainer trying to lose my last 15-25lbs . I do this challenge often with my weight loss groups and it's always very motivating soooo....I decided to start it up here for anyone that's interested

If you are interested in participating.....please post your interest here along with your starting weight. Once we've gathered enough people...I'll split you off into teams

RULES

You will be automatically eliminated if & when…………
- You miss a workout (You must workout for at least 4 days a week for 45min or more)
- You have the lowest % of weight lost for the week and do not redeem yourself at the next weigh-in. You can redeem yourself by having the highest % of weight loss on your team the following week)

You can earn extra points by…………
- Posting a new recipe in the appropriate thread = +4 pts
- Drinking MORE then 8 glasses of water = +5 pts
- Losing the most inches in a week = +5 pts
- Sharing a Fitness/Nutrition Tip with your team mates = +3 pts
(This MUST be a reputable tip)

You will Lose points by…………
- Not getting 8 glasses of water daily = -2 pts
- Not achieving a personal weekly goal = -3 pts
- Losing the least amount of inches in a week = -3 pts

The TEAM with the highest % of weight loss each week will be safe from elimination. The person left standing OR the person with the most points at the end of the game WINS!

Fitness Survivor will run from Oct 11th - Nov 15th and will consist of 2 teams of 8. GOOD LUCK!
