Allright girls, we sort of voted, and this is what we're doing this week:
How many sit-ups can you do?
It's ok to do regular, on the floor sit ups, ones where someone is holding your toes down, sit-ups on an exercise ball, leg raises, any kind of ab work that you want to do consistently this week.
Let's pick one style and go with it for the week, so we can chart our improvement. I'm not sure how this will work, as I know that my abs get pretty sore, but we'll see!!!
