Next weeks Fitness Challenge - I'm giving you next weeks fitness challenge so you can plan a bit

The challenge is designed to get you moving a little more so you keep losing weight! You see...when our bodies get used to what we're doing....we stop progressing (or losing). So....the challenge is to burn an additional 100 calories a day over and above what you're doing now.

Here are a few links that will give you a calorie burning calculator for several different activities that's based on YOUR weight

Calorie Control Council | Healthy Calculators
Fitness Jumpsite: Calorie Calculator
Free Calorie Counter, Weight Loss Calculators, and Weight Loss Tutorial | CaloriesPerHour.com

Look through these and see what activities will burn 100 or more cals It could be as simple vacumming or racking leaves outside

Wednesday's Crunches = 40

I was not able to get in the double set that I had hoped to do but will try harder today.............pushup # is dwindling.........last nite was 20........also trying to improve on these.

Hey guys, I didn't know if I told you why I have been gone, but I wrecked my car Sunday and have been on bed rest, I look forward to the next challenge!

Sorry to hear that Danielle!

I haven't been the best at posting for this challenge and I apologize guys! I'm not used to counting my crunches...I have just always done them until the muscle is exhausted. I keep losing count!!!!!! Truly sorry

Hey girls. I didn't do this yesterday, but I'll definatley get to it tonight. I've got famliy coming in tonight, so I have to clean the house and get things ready, but I should be able to squeeze in my crunches and push-ups!

Danielle - so sorry to hear you got in an accident!! I hope you didn't get whiplash! I was a bodily injury adjuster for an insurance company, so I know the havoc MVAs can cause to the body. I hope you feel better soon!
