I am not sore or anything but for some reason I keep having dizziness on the computer. I think it's eye strain because I need to be wearing my glasses, which i am not. When I wear them, I don't have the problem so much. I only got this way after doing sit ups! I think I am going to do the sit ups tomorrow and not today.

I hope Isabelle feels better!

And I am glad Nancy's away from the fire. My husband had to go to Tustin area yesterday for work, so I forgot Tustin is the opposite direction from Porter Ranch area.

Mindy, Good for you working out and feeling the soreness from working those muscles! I am trying to work out my abs a lot more!

10/1- 50 minutes walking, some uphill and/or carrying a 36 lb (and unhappy) toddler, playing in the park
10/2- 1 hour walking pulling a wagon, plus some walking on the beach and climbing dunes
10/3- 1 hour hiking, some of it carrying a toddler, 1 hour walking, some of it pulling a wagon and/or uphill
10/4- 30 minute walk.
10/5- absolutely nothing
10/6- 1 hour walk at a fast pace pushing my son in his stroller. 20 minutes of mixed cardio/ core exercises.
10/7- off. Tuesdays are very physical days for me at work, so I do get extra exercise in though I'm not walking or doing a video.
10/8- 25 minute walk, plus Isabelle's challenge, with an extra set of each of the exercises thrown in for good measure (but only 10 minutes of the additional cardio, I didn't double that part!)
10/9- 30 minute jog/hike, 20 lunges, 20 pushups, 30 squats, 40 crunches, Biggest Loser Power Sculpt, and Biggest Loser Cardio Max.
10/10- 30 minute walk in the am, plus challenge and doubling the sets of 10, plus 20 minute walk with son.
10/11- 4 of the 8 min. videos, did the challenge and doubled the sets of 10 again, 25 minute walk with son.
10/12- off. I still did 20 each of the exercises in the challenge, but didn't do any cardio. Sundays I work early and my husband is off, so I generally try to dedicate my time to my family rather than to anything else.
10/13- 8 min abs and 8 min arms, plus the stretching routine and 20 each of the challenge exercises. 1 hour walk to and through the woods with the little dude, carrying him about 1/2 the time (he's almost 40 lbs!).
10/14- completely, utterly, and totally off.
10/15- 2 mile WATP video, leg video (that's my extra 10 mins) and 40 each of the exercise for the challenge (those last 10 pushups were killer)!

Hello guys how is everone? I just realized that I have probably been on a destructive path of self pity since i fell at work, needed stitches and couldn't ride the bike at the park I love so much. I have only gained 2 pounds but it can creep up quick. That will be 2 weeks ago this friday and I turned 25 on the 14th so I definately have not made right choices. But I took a step in the right direction. I went food shopping right after eating so I wasn't hungry and got a variety of meats and frozen vegetables. Plus i got a new bike that i think i can ride now because the pain has calmed down alot. was knocked off track for a bit but here I am right back on track. Are you guys with me??

I stepped it up yesterday and yes, I am feeling it this morning! Sorry I've been crazy busy so I haven't had as much time to support you guys, but things will slow down soon! I hope. Here's my workout log:

October 1st: cardio dance warm up, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes abs, 25 push ups, 20 minutes walking, 30 minutes toning(weight training, squats, things like that)

October 2nd: cardio dance warm up, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes abs, 10 minutes toning, 26 push ups, 125 minutes walking.

October 3rd: cardio dance warm up, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes abs, 10 minutes toning, 27 push ups, 65 minutes walking

October 4th: cardio dance warm up, 10 minutes toning, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes toning, 27 push ups, 155 minutes walking

October 5th: Car accident=no work out

October 6th:No workout

October 7th: No Workout

October 8th: 45 minutes of walking

October 9th: 70 minutes walking

October 10th: 10 minutes stretching, mild cardio warm up, 10 minutes mild toning, no ab work in through Sunday due to my back injury L, 45 minutes walking

October 11th: 35 minutes cardio dance, 60 minutes walking, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes toning

October 12th: No workout, day off

October 13th: 20 minutes cardio dance, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes toning, 10 minutes abs, 60 minutes walking

October 14th: 20 minutes cardio dance, 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes toning, 10 minutes abs, 60 minutes walking

October 15th: 30 minutes cardio dance, 15 minutes toning, 15 minutes stretching, 15 minutes abs, 120 minutes walking

GOALS

3. Walk 75 minutes in the park again. Heidi and I had A great time
4. Walked 2 yr old twin grandsons around the outside of the soccer field, while Sissy played.. Mom & Dad got to watch the game... Poor Heidi did not get walked. I will make up for it tomorrow.

6. Walked / jog 65 minutes in the park, again Heidi and I had a great time

Wow! Can't believe it's already the weekend just around the corner...I really haven't done much due to having the aweful cold/flu. Just a bunch of days off so far this week for me. I think I'll be able to get right back on track this weekend if all goes well.
