Since I can't figure out how to get rid of this post, I'll put the totals for the week here so that it's easy to find. Sorry, Zina! I was trying to get your post first but I can't get rid of mine.

Our challenge is for each of us to walk 3000 minutes by the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The first day of the walking week is Sunday. Record your minutes each day on this thread either with a ticker or a daily list. Each Sunday, email Zina with your total minutes for the week (Sun - Sat). Try to send them by 2pm EST so that we can add up the totals and have them posted here by 8pm or so.

We have opted not to include a weigh-in with the challenge. Keep track of your pounds lost though so we can add them up at the end and see how much both teams lost together. It will be a great way to see if the walking made a difference in our bodies, not to mention the mind and the soul!

Make sure to put the members of both teams on your buddy list. Friendly verbal challenges and encouragement are welcome!! Get to know everyone in the challenge. You can never have too many friends.
