Great job on the exercise, you're on a roll! I love circuit and interval training. I just started doing that and it can be a killer.




Cheryl, love the log...hehe looks really good. Looking at it everyday will make you want to fill it up. I know I don't like to see too many "Off" days.

3- 30 min cardio/leg lifts/donkey kicks/stepper combo.
4- Walked 2 miles & jogged/sprint .75 mile, total 2.75 miles
5- Walked 1.5 miles

4 - walked 1.92 miles, 4818 steps
5 - walked 1.46 miles, 3664 steps

I too am committing to lose 40 lbs before 2009. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to feel good, look good, and be confident. I want to have the energy to leave a happy, healthy, active lifestyle.

1. 50 mins. on the elliptical
2. 30 squats
3. planks, 20 girlie push-ups

I thought I dd well today with my eating, but after I completed my food journal, i realized that I only ate 970 calories all day. I drink a lot but I need to be more careful not to starve myself.
