Default 5K Challenge

Anyone interested in doing something similar to the couch to 5K? Just let me know and we will get one started. I have been researching. Thanks.

How exciting you two - make sure you advertise on your blogs to get some more folks to play. Sorry I can't do it until October at which point you all can coach me!

Sure, the more the merrier and you can advise us on getting started since you've been there already.

Awesome! Well these are the two sites I sued to get my c25K started:

Cool Running :: The Couch-to-5K Running Plan

Podrunner: Intervals - Free Workout Music from dj steve boyett

Dj Steveboy is awesome bc you can dowload a podcast of every week onto your ipod. It guides you week by week. It's electronic music...but it keeps you pretty motivated! Every weekly podcast signals when you should walk and when you should run. I love it bc it's a no brainer. Good Luck Ladies!!!

I don't have an I-pod or MP3 or anything like that. Been aiming to get one but just haven't.
