Jorge Cruise/12 Second-Sequence...

hey ya'll,
I was wondering if any of u've heard of Jorge Cruise. I've read many of his books n researched his stuff n i think it could b very helpful n weight loss. Has anyone got any thoughts on him or his 12 Second-Sequence book(s)? I've got the book rite now n I'm really wanting 2 start the workouts. If any1 of u want 2 join me on this than plz I'd luv 2 have some competition(wink) Just message me. If u've never heard of him here r a cple of links:
