Default Walk Away the Pounds - Week 6

Hi everyone. I have been withdrawing into a bad place the past couple of days so I didn't get this up earlier. Tasha, did see your post in the other tread. Way to go!

Any new favorites for workouts? With spring here, I'm using them less. Well, let's face it, the past couple of weeks I've been doing everything less. Well, no time like the present to start again. My favorites are still Walk and Kick and 4 Fast Miles. I need to get some more 3 miles. I've only got one.

Thanks Diane. Sorry to hear you have been doing "less". Somtimes I just want to give up and be happy "fat". I know I will never be so I must keep on! Diane, I hope you get your groove back.

Lia, we are over here now! I read your post from ealrier today about having added energy. That is great!

I think my favorite is 4 fast miles. I won't go to the gym today but on top of what I already did, I plan to go on a walk outside later. Maybe after dinner.

Sorry, Lia, didn't realize I hadn't commented on your post! It's great that you've got more energy.

Still have to pick up the fallen branches in the back yard, but the kids were getting pretty warm outside. It's kind of annoying, the trees the branches are from aren't even in our yard! Oh, well. I'll just look at it as good exercise for bending and stretching.

Morning: weights and 4 mile fast walk WATP dvd and some weights
Evening: 3 mile walk/run outside.

The weatherr has been perfect here in Texas. I have to take advantage of it while I can, soon enough it will be to hot to walk, ride or do anythhing outside. It seems like both of you like the 4 fast miles. I might just have to go buy that one. Didn't make yoga tonight but i did go walking for 3 miles and did 20 mins of abs.

Diane, stay away from that bad place and stay with us!!!! Let's have a good week this week!! Until tomorrow....
