Ok here are my totals for the day:

45 mins of cardio and weights at the gym and just did 31 mins of A watp dvd.

Did the 4 Fast Miles. Going to have James do the Power Mile with me this evening. I may walk on the track at the gym while the kids have they're gymnastics class this afternoon.

Hmm, so all this is working out and some days you do WATP as well? A few years ago Ilost like 50 pounds doing WATP, that was before kids and I gained all 50 back at this point.

Great job on the workout Diane!

Hi Nicole! Last month we were just doing WATP workouts but this month we are doing other things too but using WATP when we can't make it to the gym or don't want to. I started off this month going to the gym and in the evening I am doing a watp dvd.......

Except this morning I didn't make it to the gym.

I did the 4 mile super challenge today and 20 minute pilates workout. I am planning to go to the gym to walk or something.

Oooopppss, I didn't do a dang thing yesterday!! No exercise and no portion control. Will try to do better today. Plan on going to yoga this evening. Had cereal this morning and that's it so far...

Wow Nicole, you lost 50 pounds doing WATPs!!! Tell me more...were you doing it everyday??? And what else were you doing. It is very hard to stay consistant!!!! Good luck on you weight loss journey. Everyone here is great and very supportive!

Welcome, Nicole. I'm curious about how you lost 50 pounds with WATP, too. Please, do tell!

Lia, you aren't the only one. I totally threw everything to the wind yesterday. Didn't even get dinner until 8:30. Typically eat at 5:30 so of course I over ate. And then, I stayed up late do I didn't eat 2 hours before bed time. How dumb is that? Back on track today.

Way to go, Tasha! How many workouts are you doing a day? I get exhausted just reading what you've done! lol

Thanks D! I have been doing two workouts a day but today I think I might do 3....I am not sure if I count pilates as a workout or not. It is more of stretching and ab stuff but I do sweat. So, does that count? lol
Hmmm....I don't really know what to count as a workout now. Ok,I have been doing two separate cardio workouts and a weight one everyday. I think I am going crazy. LOL
TOM got here just now though so I dunno.
