Lia, you aren't the only one. I totally threw everything to the wind yesterday. Didn't even get dinner until 8:30. Typically eat at 5:30 so of course I over ate. And then, I stayed up late do I didn't eat 2 hours before bed time. How dumb is that? Back on track today.
Way to go, Tasha! How many workouts are you doing a day? I get exhausted just reading what you've done! lol
