hey, I got my 1st star today woohoo! I missed 1 day of exercise yesterday, and only did 25mins on wed but today I made sure I got in 30mins so now I am THRILLED I feel I have come so far in just 1 week lol. The dvd I do has people working at diff levels and for the 1st 2 sections I managed to work at the intermediate level and not beginners which I had always had to do before. By the 3rd section I was getting a little tired so I went back down to beginners level but I feel GREAT. I can def feel my fitness improving! I used to be quite breathless when I jogged up the stairs but now I am nowhere near as breathless.

I started noticing how much I needed to build up my activity level when I started getting breathless walking between classes at uni. I find it almost shameful that as a young woman I can't even walk for a few mins without having to try to keep my breathing quiet when I walk past people and when I arrive at my next class lol.

I am looking forward to only getting breathless after a good long run! lol

it is funny i thought we were already listed together also. my husband is in the marines. been together over 20 odd years. sometimes he talks to me as if i was one of his marines, and i have to set him straight. lol hope your husband comes home soon. i know how lonely it keeps at time.

i was doing pretty good to start with, then i got sick and felt like i wanted to black out. so i had to go lay down for awhile. but i did get in my 30 minutes today. i had to do it in section. but i didn't do any more than that. i didn't want to over do it. i came on early today to check on you all but i just couldn't stay on line. sorry about that.
i thought i would jump back on here tonight to check on you all. hope everyone had a good day. i'll be back tomorrow.
