Good going Susan! Getting in morning workouts is so good for you.

Haven't been to that part of Germany. Have a friend from Dortmund, but I spend most of my short time there in Berlin and Potsdam

Whew! I did it! I went to the gym today for 50 mins of cardio and upper body weights. I just now finished the walk & jog dvd. I did the low impact version since I had already worked out earlier today. Feeling good girls!

I'm here. Are we going to continue this challenge. I have really been into my hot yoga for the past two weeks. Would like to continue updating here. Plan on walking or going to the gym when I can't make it to yoga. Did the eliptical and stairmaster yesterday and did about 20 min of weight lifting (lower body) as well. Need to buckle down on my eating. I do not eat a lot of sweeets by I like the chips and portion control is the hardest for me!!! Have a great day ladies!!!
