I know that there are many other challenges on this site for walking but I have decided to create my own just for myself. I would love to have people join me but this is truly for me. I think having something I have to look forward too will make this alot better for me as a whole . Being responsible for me and only me is something I need right now. Even thought being apart of a great team here on BS I think at times when we dont reach our goals we feel like we are letting people down, so thats why I have decided to do this for me. I am wanting to see how long its going to take me to walk 500 miles . I am not going to put any time limit on myself just take my time I do what needs to be done.I hope some of you will join me in my quest for a better life and living healthy.
My day 1 will be on March 19th , yes I know its mid week but hey you cant control when you think of things like this, lol
