Hey Ladies!!!
Ok, I am doing my WATP Dvd's... I have been bad at getting on here.. I need to adjust that.. this gives me the motivation to eat well and work out..I have worked out.. and I haven't eaten just but I haven't put effort into good eating... how am i going to fit into the dress that is being taken in for the wedding.. ugh.. guess it is about the bride and not me.. ha

I know what you mean, I have a hard time eating right, workouts I can deal with but the food is hard for me at times. This week has been good so far....Well It is only Tuesday but I have been 100%OP since Saturday!

Got in the walk and jog today....had to do a quick one today before I took my girls to the dentist.....

Well, it appears I'm not the only on MIA this week. Sorry about that. My husband has been home and driving me crazy. Won't bore you with it all. Back on track now. Did the Power Mile before breakfast and plan to do it again before lunch.

Let's finish out the week strong.

Yeah, I was kinda mia yesterday too. Felt kinda blah so I took the day off from exercise, but not food.

I just did the 4 mile fast walk....

I'm still around. Did WATP for abs yesterday and today. I have slacked off this week. Hope to do much better next week. Have a great Easter everyone!!!

Hey girls. I did 3 mile walk yesterday. Gonna be out today so I am not sure when I will get a workout in today. I might take today off..... Have a nice Easter everyone!

Hey ladies. Migraines bested me this week. Spent yesterday on the couch. Much better today, but had to be at the hospital early for some testing. Going to try to get in a workout later, at least the Power Mile.

Wow, I wish I had found this thread earlier....dang it! Oh well, anyway...I just started walking again with Leslie on 3/10, can I check in here too daily? Pretty please?

So far this week I've done the 2 mile from the Walk Slim(Monday), the 1 mile Get Up Get Started (but with 3 lb weights cause that's all I have and I can't find my other blue ball) and today I did Walk&Kick....
