Smile ok gotta ?

Alrite pplz,
I've been staying true 2 my plan pretty much now. I'm n the rythm n habit of workout n dieting(not so hot dieting lol ) Every since I started the diet I was taking small steps so I wouldn't get discourged n quit but now since I'm getting use 2 it I'm wanting 2 up my workouts n diet. Not really my diet except I do have a ? Does Calcuim actually boost ur weight-loss n a way?
anywayz, I'm jsut wondering if ya'll had any ideas all workouts that I can do. I'm doing the crunches and the Biggest Loser DVD but that n the morning n I'm just wanting 2 crank it up some more. I wanna challenge myself more. Okay since I go all the way around the bush 2 get 2 the point, lol n a nutshell does anyone on here have some workout plans,workouts,etc u could tell me.

I'm also thinking about starting 2 run but that's what I've been doing n the past couple yrs. n I mess up really fast. Just not sure if I'm ready 4 that. Anywayz, thx 4 reading. U guys r the best. Good luck!!!!

I'm really enjoying The FIRM Cardio Dance Fusion.. lol It's about $13 if you want to try it out or you can see other work out videos on collagevideo.com (thanks to Jenn for that site!)
