Default Walk Away the Pounds Challenge - Wk 2

Good Afternoon Ladies! How is everyone doing? I haven't lost weight this week, but I did lose an inch off my waist.

Anyone have any favorite workouts so far? I'm finding new ones that I like, but I still like the 4 Fast Miles and Walk and Kick best. I'll be ordering some more either this Friday or next. I have a bet with my husband that I'll get up at 5 a.m. to exercise 5 days in a row. I asked for an extension of that week because of extenuating circumstances this week.

Let's all have a great week. Glad we're all here.

Good luck Diane! I hope you get rest every night so that you can get up at 5 am!!! I always feel better getting my workout in early but I normally don't start til about 7:45 ot 8:00 am. You can do it D!

So far, my favs are the 4 mile fast walk and the 3 mile advanced walk with the stretchie band. I like the 1 mile jog too but I need to get more coordinated. The part when you have to kick your legs to the side (Kinda like a bell swinging) is a bit difficult for me. I am looking forward to trying the walk and kick one that you keep talking about. Sounds like you can really burn alot of calories with that one.

Here is to another great week girls!! Walk away those pounds!!

No 5 a.m. this morning. That was about the time I got to sleep! Kiana had croupe through the night and after that settled down, I kept waking up at every sound. I swear I saw the clock every 10 minutes all night long.

I have trouble with coordination on some of the workouts as well. For some reason I cannot do the double side step for the life of me. The grapevine thing is so much easier so I just do that. The bell swing thing looks cool, but I can't do that either.

Well, I've got to get in a workout. I think I'll do one of the 4 mile ones today while I can.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Great job, Tasha! More cardio and weights? Wow.

Angela, great job getting your workout in and feeling better.

Angie, working out while on vacation. Impressive. Where are you going in Jamaica? Did a mission project there for my senior class trip in high school.

Hi everyone. I'm going to take the day off. Feeling a little under the weather today for some reason. I did do 3 miles yesterday, can't remember if I already blogged it or not. Tasha, send me some of that extra energy. Angie, way to go on getting in your workout in Vegas. Diane, I hate those kind of nights. Good job getting in your 4 miles. Angela, glad your back. Let's keep walking!
